Roles Summary / Purpose
The Pre-Sales Senior Executive is responsible for driving the business expansion of our products and solutions company across Malaysia. Responsible in pre-sales products and solutions providing for maintaining existing clients while also spearheading corporate business development initiatives.  The person will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize sales exposure in all business sectors. • Develop and nurture relationships with key clients with aim to grow the business
• Collaborate and nurture relationships with vendors and agencies to expand the depth and width of services of the company.
• Ensure adherence to local and international cargo regulations, rules and safety protocols.
• Implement effective tracking and monitoring systems to provide prompt feedback and updates to clients
• Manage and drive profitability of the region.
• Provide monthly management updates to HQ in P&L, business KPI and growth plan. 

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Minimum 10 years’ working experience in logistics or related industry 
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to manage clients, vendors, internal stakeholder and staff
• Able to communicate well in English, Malay and local dialects
• Exceptional verbal, written and visual communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.

要求

• 工商管理、行銷或相關領域學士學位。
• 在硬體/文件解決方案產業（尤其是印表機和標籤機）擁有豐富的售前、銷售或業務開發經驗
• 對商業業務發展策略和銷售技巧有深入的了解。
• 優秀的溝通、演示和談判技巧。
• 能夠與跨職能團隊和外部利害關係人合作。
• 具備分析思考能力，能夠進行市場研究分析銷售績效資料。
• 積極主動、以結果為導向，努力實現並超越銷售目標。
• 熟練使用 Microsoft Office 套件和 CRM 軟體。
• 熟悉 IT 系統整合和解決方案銷售者優先。
