Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Promote eldercare services and programs offered by our Active Ageing Centres.
• Conduct or support active ageing initiatives, encouraging senior participation in community screening assessments, organizing and implementing programmes, providing befriending services (including home visits), and monitoring vital signs.
• Coordinate care and support services through internal referrals or external agencies when necessary.
• Provide assistance to seniors during outreach events and programmes.
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and timely and accurate report submissions.
• Flexibility to perform additional duties and work during weekends or outside regular office hours.

Qualifications:

• Minimum GCE 'A' level or Diploma.
• No experience required as training will be provided
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Application.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.
