As an Recruitment Consultant, you will be joining and working alongside our knowledgeable and experienced recruitment professionals, keen to work with you and grow you into a successful consultant. But your career pathway does not stop there - Verus has a structured pathway all the way to Director and offer the support to get you there.

You will complete the Verus 6-week Recruitment Foundations Program, designed to give you all of the skills and experience necessary for a high functioning recruitment career!

Then spend 3-12 months building up your desk under the dedicated support and guidance of the team, and once you have earned your stripes you will take your area forward as your own. We know what it takes because we have had to do it ourselves.


Responsibilities:
Actively source and qualify candidates
Assist matching candidates with suitable clients
Liaising with clients
Working to improve recruitment efficiency

Salary: £23,000 - £38,000 +

The Role

The successful candidate’s overall role will be to assist the existing team of Consultants in the following:
