Responsibilities:
Operations:
a) Handle projects assigned.
b) Handle contract agreements.
c) Handle ad-hoc rectification works with technicians.
d) Handle car park-related matters.
e) Handle car park collections / refunds.
f) Handle complimentary tickets.
g) Follow up with contractors on rectification works.
h) Any ad-hoc matters assigned by supervisor.
Others:
a) Liaise with finance officer on operations-related matters.
b) Liaise with finance and admin assistant for admin-related matters.
c) Liaise with security officers for security-related matters.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Facilities Management / Building Services / Engineering or equivalent
- Min. 3 years of relevant experiences in facilities management.
- Independent, meticulous, tactful and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
