Responsilities:

· Handle day-to-day accounting duties

· Assist with account payable & receivable

· Assist with monthly invoices and identify discrepancies

· Regularly reviewing and following up outstanding payment from customers

· Liaise with external vendors on related accounts matters

· Process payment for staff claims and reimbursement.

· Assist in month-end closing activities

· Handle administrative task

· Other duties as and when assigned by Superior

Qualifications & Experience

• Min. Local Diploma holder with Self-discipline, Responsibility & well organized

• Entry level candidate, Fresh Diploma Graduate are welcome to apply

• Excellent English and Chinese written and oral communicational and presentational skills; (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates regarding all financial operations)

Responsibilities:

• Working in a team to provide first-level support to daily operations in security, housekeeping, landscapes, pest control, carpark operation, and building maintenance.
• Work closely with the Building Manager/Executives to provide building resolutions recommendations during the fit-out phase or when tenants escalate non-standard matters.
• Response/operate the fire alarm system in Fire Command Centre (FCC).
• Monitor CCTV, card access system, report any incidents or faults immediately.
• Attend and manage any emergencies on site.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec qualifications.
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply. (Training provided)
• Team-oriented and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform 12-hour shifts.
