Responsibilities
· Assist with the development and implementation of Franchisee specific business plans and budgets.
· Interpret monthly management accounts, benchmark and suggest corrective actions where necessary.
· Protect Brand integrity via implementation and measurement of Standards of Operations Programmes.
· Identify and communicate formal training needs to the training department for training intervention and execution training plan in the market (Train The Trainer)
· Ensuring that franchisees/ business partners are constantly well equipped with the technical and soft skills required for the job.
· Monitor and feedback information about competitor activity within his/her region.
· Identify in-store training needs and implement (OTJ) on the job training interventions and coaching.
· Assist franchisees in selecting and formulating locality marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness and grow their business.
· Ensure implementation of national marketing campaigns. Enforce correct use of all supporting elements i.e. point of sale, premiums etc.
· Support franchise owners with business planning designed to maximize return and investment objective.
· Source for potential franchisees for business expansion
Requirements / Skills
· Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
· Minimum 5 years franchising experience in similar role
· Good knowledge of food service industry
· Strong Communication, Organisational, Operational and Interpersonal Skills.
· A team player with excellent negotiating and PR skills.
· Willing to travel extensively.
· Ability to plan, train and develop training materials
