Job Summary:
The Trainer supports the Deputy Director of Family Wellness Division (FWD) in executing the organisation’s training programmes both external and internal to MSCS. He/she is responsible for the planning, development, and execution of training programmes.
Applicants must be trained and accredited in Triple P Levels 3 and 4 (Primary Care Triple P & Primary Care Teen Triple P) – for those deployed to conduct Triple P Levels 3 and 4

1.Support to Trainer to Educate the adults as per SSG requirements for its courses either in-person or using e-learning mode.
2.Conduct non-WSQ technical trainings.
3.Prepare/develop Training Materials for non-WSQ courses as per the latest requirements and control all other properties of training materials.
4.Marketing the training courses by explaining the technical needs to clients and Admin Activites to register th training coordinator.
5.Statistical Analyse the feedback from each candidates for each courses and montior corrective actions to be taken with the trainers.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree / Diploma in Engineering
2. Professional Certifications (AWS-CWI, ASNT NDT Level-II)
3. Computer literate
4. Proficiency in all microsoft tools and other editable tools etc.
5.Ready to work at various local and international locations.
6. Ready to conduct trainings on evenings, weekends and public holidays based on the requirements. 4. WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) (recommended)
