Responsibilities:
Office Coordinator :
· General organization and secretarial duties (filing, photocopying, transcription and faxing)
· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
· Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries
· Preparation and organization of customer or supplier meetings/visits
· Internal meeting organization (GME Singapore & across GME regions), this may include preparation of presentation slides.
· Arrange travel and accommodations for staff and overseas visitors
· Management of office supplies / refreshments & stationaries
· Arranging / coordinating for office maintenance, (AC, light, printer, kitchen electronics)
Marketing and Communications :
· Cooperation with the marketing department from Germany headquarters.
· Drafting and editing communications copy and material for use for internal communications on Intranet as well as external communications on corporate website and LinkedIn.
· Helping to implement internal and external communications strategies and projects.
· In charge of coordination with external vendors on corporate website maintenance.
· Regional Go-to person if countries have queries on export controlling and sanction checking
Requirement for post:
· Diploma/Degree in arts, marketing or communications related field is preferred. Fresh graduates can apply
· Office coordinator to welcome and assist mainly English, Chinese and German visitors. Knowledge of fluent English and basic mandarin is essential.
· Communications assistant for the German headquarters. Proficiency in English writing is a must.
