DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Front Desk (60%)

• Attend to calls, email queries and walk-ins promptly and professionally.

• Process and oversee internal dispatch of documents between campuses.

• Provide information and assistance to external and internal stakeholders.

• Maintain proper organization of resource and materials.

• Ensure safe custodial and functionality of school equipment.

• Issue and ensure return of school equipment and resource.

• Manage lost and found and general issuance of resource to meet staff and students’ needs.

2. Administrative Support (30%)

Job Description

• Review all project drawings and specifications, and raise any discrepancies and/or possible problems before construction work commence on site and progressively throughout the entire course of the project;
• Ensure that the contractors carry out their work in compliance with Building Control Act and Regulations, Codes of Practices and requirements of building authorities and government agencies;
• Observe and comply with site safety, and submit all reports as directed and ensure that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner;

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architectural from university recognized by Singapore BOA.

Responsibilities:

Job Description for Workplace Safety & Health Officer (Part-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily checks to ensure compliance with safe working practices and conditions at the project site.
• Provide recommendations to address unsafe conditions or practices identified at the worksite.
• Assist in the implementation of measures to remedy unsafe conditions or practices, in consultation with the site occupier.
• Identify and assess foreseeable risks arising from the worksite or work processes.
• Recommend reasonably practicable measures to eliminate or minimize risks to persons working at the site or affected by the worksite activities.
• Assist in the implementation of measures and safe work procedures to control risks, where elimination is not reasonably practicable.
• Ensure presence at the project site during normal working hours and whenever work is in progress outside normal hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Coordinate with the site occupier and other relevant parties to ensure the effective implementation of safety measures.
• Maintain records of safety checks, recommendations, and actions taken to address safety concerns.

• Plan and execute public relations programs to enhance project visibility and community engagement.
