We are growing fast, and we are now looking for a Program Manager - Business Operations to help spearhead cross-functional programs. This role is for a strategic thinker who is analytical, proactive, and ready to drive change. In this role, you will be part of the Founders’ Office, and report to our Chief of Staff.

What you’ll do:

• Lead cross-functional programs on various business domains, whether focused on revenue growth, customer experience, running new experiments etc. 
• Drive programs from inception to completion, identifying key business questions and problems, and developing comprehensive project plans.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure they are well-informed of their roles in each project, negotiate timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Conduct thorough analyses of workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), revamping them to align with business outcomes and goals.
