The Job:

• Planning digital marketing campaigns and manage contents posted on company’s website, email, and social media platforms
• Work closely with agencies to develop and produce engaging online content, such as monthly community e-newletters, clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs
• Implement strategies to drive traffic to company page by using tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites
• Create end-to-end programs and initiatives for tenant engagement, covering all aspects from budgeting and vendor sourcing to negotiations and post-event evaluations
• Oversee company communication materials, maintain corporate identity, and ensure consistent implementation of logos and templates across various platforms
• Foster positive stakeholder relationships through consistent communication, feedback sessions, and relationship-building initiatives, while addressing concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement initiatives, events, and digital campaigns/communications using feedback and performance metrics.
• Maintaining accurate and correct information in various records for internal or shareholder analysis purposes.
• Other administrative duties that may be assigned from time to time.

The Talent:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or other related field
• Experience in digital marketing and communications
• Proven organizational skills, adept at time management with keen attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Descriptions

As a real estate investment analyst (Japan Market), the Candidate will be supporting investment managers by conducting primary and secondary research, analysing market trend and data, reviewing due diligence materials and transaction documents in Japanese, and assisting with property management initiatives.

General Outline of Job Scope

· Conduct both primary and secondary research (mainly in Japanese) and fact-check data to evaluate various investment opportunities with a focus on physical real estate, real estate debt and listed real estate companies in Japan.

· Analyse financial statements, crunch relevant data, perform industry research, and build cashflow models to assess investment potential and risks.

· Write investment memos or reports, presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior investment professionals.

· Work with compliance team on management accounts, audit, and tax filing.

· Assist the investment team with ad-hoc projects and other tasks as required.

· Liaise with external parties in Japan including lawyers, accountants, designers, constructors, and real estate investment partners.

Who are we looking for:

· Bachelor’s degree.

· Working proficiency in accounting, being able to understand basic financial accounts.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify and communicate complicated information.

· Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.

· Good organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.

· Good attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

· Japanese language is required (JLPT N1).

· Relevant experience in Japan real estate market is preferred.
