Own It:
- Lead and manage the Company’s and Postal Group’s financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly management accounts.
- Review the accuracy and completeness of financial records, such as the General Ledger and Fixed Asset listing.
- Manage and review financial analysis to provide insights for decision-making.
- Oversee the implementation of new accounting standards and regulations related to Finance, ensuring compliance and efficiency in accounting processes.
- Ensure timely submission of financial information and manage and review Related Party Transactions within the Group.
- Maintain close liaison with external auditor to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.

- Maintain and drive for accuracy and completeness in financial information.
- Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and best practices to uphold trust and integrity.
One Team:
- Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with team members, stakeholders, and Business Units to ensure integrity of financial data.
- Collaborate with subsidiaries and other departments to obtain information for management reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and yearly management and statutory reporting materials.

- Support financial planning and analysis with other team members to deliver valuable insights.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or any other related field or professional qualifications such as ACCA is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards, bursa money market listing requirements, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and process improvements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
