This position reports to the Vice President Business Management and supports the directors in the Business Management team including, but not limited to Network Design, Global Inventory and Global Procurement.
Who you are :
You have the overall responsibility to proactively analyse the movement of goods through the supply chain, assess distribution centres’ efficiency, inventory turnover, supply chain structure including freight costs, and based on this develop and maintain sophisticated optimization models as input to supply chain design. You are also expected to develop and maintain measurements for the Global Procurement function, to enable efficient procurement and monitoring of procurement spend.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis and will act as the Finance Business partner for the Group Supply Chain function with coverage of all financial support topics in the areas of Inventory, Planning and Logistics.
What you will do
• Leads the Global Inventory Controlling for the WSA group. Enable WSA Supply Chain team with business intelligence support on global inventory changes
• Supports annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting activities for WSA Group inventory
• Leads the financial transactions in multiple ERP system, to validate and reconcile Purchase
• Consumption and Inventory movements on monthly basis to find any gaps
• Develops and implement financial models, scenario analysis to support strategic decision making
• Provides support to World-Wide Operations teams to resolve.
What you bring
The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and will also be passionate and knowledgeable about leveraging technology to streamline and automate processes, to scale our work as the business continues to grow.
• Successful experience in (strategic as well as operational) FP&A work in a supply chain environment
• Prior experience in consolidation procedures, including investigation and clearing of intercompany balances
• Solid understanding of local tax rules and legislation, both direct and indirect, in addition to international accounting rules (IFRS)
• Ideally exposure to Inventory, Planning and/or Logistics
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – ability to clearly demonstrate and explain financial performance and underlying business drivers to a range of audiences

You will accumulate in-depth knowledge of Trading Company’s buysell processes and its partners, helping to resolve system-centric and data errors to ensure seamless trading company’s supply chain processes in SAP. This role will require you to be vigilant to changes of trading company operating processes with GEOs and factories, to pre-empt risks to any non-compliance to established processes. Expectedly, you will be hands-on SAP, providing first level production support to partners, deliver large set data reports for analysis and contributing to complex exception resolution. You are part of a cross disciplined team of analysts and can be assigned to adhoc assignments to coordinate projects.

The market expansion providers or distributors in countries provide brand building and customer development services to UI under the agreed operating frameworks using the brand toolkits provided.
