Qualification
Minimum Diploma equivalent; alternative, he/she must possess 3 years practical experiences in supporting senior management level
Job Description
1 Reports to Managing Director
2 Provides discreet personal assistance and secretarial support to the Managing Director
3 Updates project reference and circular the new PO to relevant departments
4 Managing Travel Arrangements for Staffs
5 Monitoring and updating on project status,
6 Create and circulate internal MP/SM/MR number to for project reference
7 Maintains work documents in accordance to the requirements of ISO
8 Assists in overseeing the implementation and continuity of ISO and Bizsafe
9 All other comprehensive ad-hoc duties as assigned
10 Participates in Management Review Meetings as and when required
11 Cross support to Business Development team
12 Answer to inquiries via phone or email
13 Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems
14 Maintaining of confidential department files/records
15 Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
16 Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
17 Maintaining office equipment – Stationaries, pantry supplies
18 Assist with other departments if necessary
19 Collection and distribution of letters
20 Perform any other duties as and when required by the MD
