We are looking for a highly-motivated and reliable individual.
Responsibilities:
-Handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement in the various job portals, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview
- Manage day-to-day employee-related issues
- Manage on-boarding and departure of employees
- Administer Work Pass (EP/SP/WP) application for new hires, renewal and cancellation
- Update and maintain employee records, including employment contracts, personal information and other documents
- Maintaining records related to performance reviews and disciplinary actions;
- Exercise sound understanding of the Employment Law in order to make sure all HR procedures are executed properly and in no violation of the statutory requirements
- Manage annual leaves, sick leaves and attendance.
- Ensure the alignment of all regulatory compliances based on the Employment Laws and Work Pass Regulations
- Ensure monthly payroll are executed on a timely basis.
- Ensure CPF & related contributions are submitted on time
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned
Requirements:
- Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources Management, Finance or Business Administration
- Knowledge of MOM statutory requirements required
- At least 1 year of related experience preferred
- Well organized & with good interpersonal skills
