Key Responsibilities: Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management in both business activities and personal affairs Responsible for arranging and monitoring the day-to-day operation for the whole family household Handle administrative works, including reimbursement, payment requisition, duty roster, data filing Handle wide spectrum of administration duties, including procurement, liaise with suppliers and vendors, etc. Assist in trip, tickets and hotel accommodation arrangements and other related matters; Out of office work upon request Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management Requirements: Higher Diploma or above 1-3 years' relevant working experiences Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin Independent, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility Detail-oriented, able to work with tight deadline Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Interested parties please send your resume with expected salary to may.chan@gic.com.hk.
