Main Duties & Responsibilities：

• To be responsible for Recruitment
• To be responsible for monthly payroll processing and administration.
• To maintain update & maintain employee personal files, HR records, Company policies and directives.
• To Perform monthly statutory submissions to government authorities (LHDN,KWSP,SOSCO) and ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to at all times.
• To handle full procedure for foreign workers application, permit renewal, check out memo, fomema, etc.
• Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure company’s compliance with local Labour Laws and related statutory requirements.

• Support end-to-end project cycle activities, such as requirements gathering, prototype, testing, data migration, training, go-live and post-production support
• Work with users, IT and/or vendors to ensure user requirements are met satisfactorily and project is delivered within timeline and scope
• Explore, and recommend creative, robust and scalable solutions aim to streamline and simplify processes, and improve productivity with the use of technologies and tools
• Support the maintenance of the human resource information system (HRIS)

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Accountancy/Human Resources
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in payroll
• Good working knowledge in Employment-related/labour laws and regulations
• Proficient in MS Office
• Organized and meticulous, with ability to prioritize tasks

• You will work closely with the respective business stakeholders to provide HR advisory, pertaining to HR issues and support various key HR initiatives/projects.
• You will ensure best HR practices are implemented and support various key HR initiatives/projects.
• You will manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding, employee relations and offboarding.
• By partnering with the business, you will assist in the coordination of interviews and provide competency-based interviews after candidates have been screened by the Talent Acquisition Team.
• HR administrative tasks such as applying and renewing work passes.
• You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and monitor recruitment costs and update recruitment reports.
• Provide a centre of excellence and be the main point of contact with regards to employee relations issues.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all onboarding adhere to policy and process.
• Handle housing and accommodation arrangements for foreign workers if necessary.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
