The company was first founded by a professional mechanical engineer and a group of crane specialist under the name of Top-Mech Engineering Sdn Bhd in early 1989. This company is to provide the whole range of services in Material handling Equipment.
Due to rapid and tremendous growth of Material Handling Equipment, Top-Mech Crane and Hoists (M) Sdn Bhd was formed to specialize in its fields of business. Then company moved one step ahead by signing a Joint Venture agreement with Provincial International Cranes Inc., to design and manufacturer electric wire rope hoists and special cranes in Malaysia. In 1997, Top-Mech Provincial Sdn Bhd was incorporated under Malaysia Companies Act 1965 and also joint venture with Provincial International Cranes Inc., Canada and Top-Mech Cranes and Hoists (M) Sdn Bhd, Malaysia. Provincial is a respected name in the crane manufacturing, has been associated with cranes & hoists design for over a century.
Until now, Top-Mech Provincial Sdn Bhd was known as a company which can designs, fabricates and assembles heavy duty and special application cranes for the use in almost all industries.
