What you'll do:
As a Product Client Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships within the financial services sector. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, recording new requests or changes, and bringing them back for internal discussion and evaluation. Your ability to design workflows, implement solutions, and perform comprehensive testing will be crucial in this role. You will also need to understand various workstreams in private equity, including the nuances of different fund structures. This role requires close collaboration with IT and Business SMEs to ensure successful testing and implementation of work streams.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and record any new requests or changes
- Collaborate with internal IT and operations teams to evaluate new requests
- Assess the feasibility of client requests and manage their expectations accordingly
- Design workflows, implement solutions, and perform testing to ensure all scenarios are covered
- Work closely with IT and Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to complete testing and implementation of work streams
- Understand various workstreams in private equity, including the differences in various fund structures and unique requirements

The ideal candidate for the Product Client Manager role brings extensive experience from a financial services firm. You possess deep knowledge of Private Equity business including Fund of Funds (FoF), Loans, Direct Investments. Your ability to understand client requirements coupled with her expertise in managing client expectations sets you apart. You have hands-on experience in workflow design, solution implementation, testing planning, execution, and issue resolution. Your strong interpersonal skills enable her to collaborate effectively with IT and Business SMEs.
- Proven experience in a financial services firm is essential
- Knowledge of Private Equity (FoF, Loan, Direct investment) business is required
