Temporary Job (May till September)
Working Location: West Area
• Manage organisation’s image and reputation.
• Coordinate all public relations activities.
• Coordinate with various departments and communicate timely to relevant parties on site activities on possible inconvenience.
• Get feedback from the neighbouring premises, client and public with regards to the site
activities or complaints and make appropriate recommendations to address the issues.
• Prepare log book on the PR activities and submit to the project head at regular intervals.
• Working closely with cliants' Community Partnership Manager (CPM) & Manager
Community Partnership (MCPN) for any preparation and dissemination of circulars and
notices.
• Attend cliants’ monthly meeting and taking minutes of meeting.
Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:
• A degree or a post graduate qualification in public relations or related areas such
as journalism, advertising, marketing and communications or business management.
• At least five years experience in the relevant construction industry.
