- Performing multi-faceted activities that influence decision making, control of operations, as well as management planning to accomplish company’s financial and administrative objectives.
- Perform daily accounting & finance duties, including data entry and maintenance into financial system.
- Filing of invoices and statements, accepting and distributing mails.
- Work closely with the Human Resources to understand new hire offers and non-standard terms such as draws and sign on commission and bonuses.
- Work with the Payroll team to process commission payments on time and accurately each month.
- Evaluate commission plans and processes and initiates changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs of administration.
- Ensuring efficient verbal and written communication with external parties and making appropriate plans to respond to matters raised.
