Job Scope:
1. Handle and check the accuracy of data entry;
(Sales orders, job orders, P.O., D.O., billing documents, etc.);
2. Handle delivery schedules & co-ordinate with production;
3. Attend to customer enquiries & raise quotations;
4. Timely update and ensure correct stock & pricing;
5. Coordinate between production and logistics to ensure timely deliveries;
6. Inventory & materials control;
7. Tally and monitor outstanding A/R with customers;
8. Keep close tracking of, and remind Sales Managers of overdue AR;
9. Prepare periodic Sales Reports; and
10. Any other jobs and assignments as given by your supervisor from time to time.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels or equivalent;
2. At least 2-3 years working experience in related field;
3. IT literate and able to use Microsoft Office like Word and Excel;
4. Good communication skills and able to communicate well with all levels;
5. Responsible & energetic;
6. Able to work independently and as a team player;
7. Possess initiative, and proactive in solving day-to-day issues;
8. Undertake any adhoc duties that may be assigned from time to time; and
9. Control and monitor minimum and maximum stock level.
