1. Data entry of suppliers Invoice and reconciliation of Statement of Accounts from supplier.
2. Assist in HR administration
3. Record keeping and monitoring of attendance, workers’ overtime, leave entitlements, benefits and other incentives. Prepare payroll for workers.
4. Maintain employee personal records in the HR Software and update workers details to be used in the Operations Department.
5. Assist in MOM issues, workers courses, workers’ medical appointment and others.
6. Monitor and handle the upkeep of company’s vehicles like insurance, road tax, repairs etc.
7. Other ad hoc admin duties
