Job Scope:

The accounts Assistant IN CHARGE OF Accounts Receivable is responsible for invoicing to the customer. He/She has to monitor outstanding payments from customers and will ensure that payments are received on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• To monitor customer ageing and ensure payments are received on time.
• To prepare debit note, credit note, reminder letter, statement of account for customer.
• To prepare freight documents such as invoice, delivery order, and packing list
• To arrange delivery of goods and documents via courier service

• Maintenance of Accounting System incorporation Debtor, Creditor, Stock and General ledger System.
• Responsible for tax accounting records and tax codes treatment in Accounting System.
• Monthly e-filing Tax Return and tax payment to Royal Malaysian Custom.
• Verification of integrity of sales quantity, selling price and tax data updated in Debtor, Stock and General Ledger System.
