Valuation Officer

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide valuation for all types of properties in Singapore.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts important for general business development
• Prepare and make all necessary due diligence required for valuation of properties
• Work closely with the other members of the valuation team to service clients with a high standard of professionalism

Requirements

• Diploma in Real Estate
• Fresh or 1 - 2 years' Real Estate valuation experience
• Bilingual
• Independent and team player
• Candidates who possess the qualification but without relevant experience are welcome to apply
