• Minimum qualifications: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Building Services engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of the Pro Audio Visual, Video conferencing, or LED Panel industry is essential.
• Experience with products such as Videowalls, LED & LCD Displays, video conferencing, and Audio Visual Switches is required.
• Highly self-motivated and take initiative to learn

Your key area of responsibilities will include:

Demonstrated ability to managing specific project scheduling and coordination of activities and the tracking of progress and costs.
Demonstrated ability to manage safety, quality, productivity and performance of activities.
Prepare and reviews reports on progress, materials used and costs, and adjusts work schedules as indicated by reports.
Confer with and direct supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting; specifications, and coordinating various phases of the project to prevent delays.
Ten (10) years’ of overall experienced in construction, core maintenance and turnaround maintenance.
Must have worked on a minimum of three (3) large construction and/or maintenance projects.

To be considered for this role you must have:

Experience in delivering on major projects.
At least 10 year (s) experience in a similar role.
Experience dealing with a range of discipline techniques.
Engineering Degree or Similar.
Project Management and / or Management Training or Qualifications.
Leadership and Personal Management Training.

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating project resources, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring the successful execution of projects according to client requirements and company standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
2. Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, and timelines.
3. Define project tasks and allocate resources accordingly, ensuring optimal utilization of team members' skills and expertise.
4. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues and risks in a timely manner.
5. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, solicit feedback, and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution.
7. Manage project budgets and financials, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints.
8. Conduct project post-mortems and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices.

10. Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and project management methodologies to continuously improve project delivery processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in the IT industry.
3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
4. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Experience with project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
8. PMP certification or other project management certifications are a plus.
9. Experience working in an Agile environment is desirable.
