Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Diploma in Multimedia related discipline and above with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in programming, scripting and multimedia software e.g. Adobe
• Knowledge in recording studio setup, video streaming systems and web based learning systems
• Self-motivated and a team player in development of blended learning courseware

Job Description & Requirements

As a Learning Designer, you will be responsible for working hand in hand with the subject matter experts (SMEs), project manager, graphic animators, and programmers to create interactive storyboards and e-learning content for our high-profile clients.

This is a role for a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgement and willingness to collaborate within a team environment. You will be an integral part of every stage in the creative process, from conceptualization to client amendments.

The responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Develop e-learning content that matches with the SMEs’ objectives and requirements.
• Analyze and revise content for learning needs.
• Work with Three Learning’s production team in communicating your designs.
• Create storyboards for media to support learning (e.g. various multimedia for eLearning and online).
• Perform pedagogical research on effective e-learning methodologies.
• Develop materials such as User’s Guides, Instructor’s Guides, and Teaching Plans, etc.
• Assist to develop promotional information and presentations for marketing.
• Any other tasks related to the delivery of online content.
• Develop and design assessments and quizzes.

Skills and Qualities

The ideal Instructional Designer should have the following:

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work as part of a team with diverse backgrounds.
• Strong interpersonal skills in both client interactions and team interactions and a willingness to interact among others.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to use thinking and reasoning to analyze content.
• Ability to develop highly-readable and interactive learning for the intended learning audience.
• Familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint function.
• Preferably with at least 2 year working experience in writing training content purposes specialized in e-learning instructional design or e-content writing (applicants with no experience are welcome to apply as a Learning Designer Intern).
• Experience in designing or developing in e-learning courseware will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct e-Learning Needs Analysis to identify clientele e-Learning requirements and learning objective.
2. Review Clientele existing Training / Courses and recommended appropriate strategies to convert to blended or e-learning format.
3. Review and develop curriculum design to incorporate technology and relevant learning pedagogies.
4. Supervise the design and development of e-learning content that consist of an assortment of media types.
5. Develop, conceptualise and edit storyboard that will be translated into finished interactive content.
6. Develop courseware testing and evaluate courseware based on the approved storyboard

Requirements

1. Degree in any discipline
2. Possess a Advance Certificate In Training and Assessment
3. At least 1 - 2 years working experience in Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, Content Development and Training practices.
4. Candidate should have good interpersonal communication and presentation skills and is a team player.
