Your role
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Do you have the appetite to link the front-to-back flow to the way trades are being reported, and come up with robust processes to ensure the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of our reports? We're looking for someone like that to:
- Support new business and regulatory requirements, with key focus on the upcoming JFSA, ASIC and MAS rule re-writes
- Participate in UAT and post-release checks in relation to re-write builds and system changes
- Manage exceptions associated with HKMA, MAS, ASIC and JFSA reporting and escalate risk items
- Understand the front-to-back processes and apply this knowledge to ensure transaction integrity of our reporting
- Participate in various internal forums to review issues and perform root cause analysis
- Act as contact point for other internal teams on FRC reporting issues and queries for APAC jurisdictions
Your team
You'll be working in the APAC FRC Transaction Reporting team in Singapore. We are part of the Middle Office and are IB division aligned. Our team members are based in Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney and China. We are a dynamic team with a strong collaborative culture.
Your expertise
You have:
- A university degree. We welcome candidates from all disciplines.
- 2+ years of working experience in Middle Office, Transaction Reporting or other IB Operations areas preferred.
- A good understanding of FRC derivative products is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
- Good working knowledge of Excel.
