Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $84,525 to $144,900, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. As a District Service Manager, you will lead and manage a team of Field Service Engineers for the Eastern Pennsylvania district for Imaging Systems customer services, participating in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans to achieve annual revenue targets from core business and value-added services. Your team will be responsible for customer satisfaction, performing to maintain and enhance the image of Philips in the local marketplace.
Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside within the territory of eastern Pennsylvania. Travel up to 50% across the territory is required.

This is an annual salary pay position. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
