• Prior experience managing WSQ and SSG programmes and training an asset

• Must be fast learner with new SSG requirements and systems

• Degree preferred but not required. Minimum GCE A levels or Polytechnic Diploma

• Independent worker and self-starter

• Able to lead teams when necessary

• Must be tactful and respectful

• Facilitate training both in-person and virtually to appointed public officers in the form of hands-on simulated exercises with election equipment in groups, scenario discussions and mass briefings
• Review and prepare training/briefing materials/content
• Responsible for training administration (including preparation of logistical requirements) for each training session
• Consolidate feedback from training participants, prepare training feedback report to Management and modify training delivery for constant improvement

Requirements

• Background in training/teaching or equivalent. ACTA/ACLP/DACE qualification may be considered.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Agility in internalising new training content and delivering different trainings back-to-back within a compressed timeframe
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Singaporean
