Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for the design, quality assurance, and integration of the LV and utility components into onshore and offshore substations from the conceptual phase to detailed design and execution. You’ll be part of Substations Electrical & Mechanical Engineering team where you, together with your colleagues, will contribute to the design, sourcing, integration, and execution of the LV scopes within high-voltage AC and DC substations, both onshore and offshore. You’ll be part of a diverse team that values collaboration and knowledge sharing, as talent wins games but teamwork and intelligence win championships.
You’ll play an important role in:
· verifying the design of LV and utility systems on offshore and onshore substations during all phases from concept to FAT
· participating in project team meetings and proactively cooperating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
· taking ownership and delivering technical specifications, employer requirements, and design basis, as well as verifying calculations associated with the LV and utility components for both ONSS and OSS
· ensuring the review of technical documentation provided by contractors
· ensuring that the deliverables from engineering, fabrication, and principal contractors have the right quality according to requirements
· participating in FAT/SAT of main LV and utility systems on onshore and offshore substations to support supervision and commissioning activities as well as handover to our O&M team.
To succeed in the role, you:
· have extensive experience with technical design requirements for LV and utilities, incl. fire alarm system, UPS, lighting system, monitoring systems, switchboard, power management system, etc.,
· are curious and open to new approaches to design processes and able to collaborate with your team members and all stakeholders
· have hands-on experience with tools like ETAP, PowerFactory, DIALux, and ePLAN, as well as extensive experience with relevant international standards
· have a relevant degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering and are interested in working with electrical design for onshore and offshore substations
· have hands-on experience with LV power system design and studies, calculations, equipment sizing, and specifications.

Main responsibilities
· Be responsible for managing the software quality assurance functions across the internal project engineering team as well as manage QA team, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality products
· Collaborate with team of software quality assurance and automation engineers through an Agile software development lifecycle across various software teams, platforms and products
· Review test strategies, encourage the development of new test strategies, and maintain a continuous improvement environment to improve quality and efficiency
· Relevant experience in leading and coordination of testing activities such as System Testing, System Integration, End to End, Regression and User Acceptance Testing
· Maintain strong communication across departments and divisions to develop needs analysis, requirements, and operational planning
· Demonstrated experience in working with suppliers/vendors, technical team, business and operational teams in supporting and delivering program testing outcomes
· Work with multiple teams (external parties) to align test schedules, test environments, test data and govern across all the phases of testing
· Review test plans, test results, risk analysis and release documentation
· Identify & resolve constraints, dependencies and issues and manage project risks, supporting different teams, chairing & documenting meetings.
· Preparing various documents like SIT Test scenarios and Test Cases. Experience in Agile world is a plus.
· Handle the core banking system’s and payment system’s various test phases: regression tests, integration tests, functional tests, E2E tests and test automation
· Good Knowledge and working experience of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
· Support User acceptance testing for all the streams.
· Maintain up to date test libraries (test scenarios, test cases)
· Working with SIT & UAT Testing Team, reviewing, testing scenarios, test cases and helping developers and testers in clearing their doubts about the requirements etc.
· Recording defects, utilizing defect tracking tool with priority and severity and alert the management
· Prepare regular reports on test results
· Lead Defect Management related actives
· Knowledge on testing tools like Quality Centre (QC)/Application Life cycle management (ALM) and JIRA
Qualifications and Profile
The position requires a minimum of 10 years of total experience and 5 - 7 years of relevant Test Manager experience with Payment systems and Core Banking applications.
Functional
· Good knowledge in Payment area like interaction with Clearing, payment file format ISO20022, SEPA and SWIFT. Hands-on experience with such data mapping and testing.
· Hands on experience on payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement, Automated clearing house programs and channels.
· Extensive knowledge on various kinds of payment products such as TT, RTGS, LVP, Payroll, Cheque, DD, Cashier Order, Mass & Bulk payments.
· Proficient in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial applications
· Experience in following areas is a plus: Retail Banking, Wholesale & Corporate Banking, Corporate commercial Payments, International & Domestic Payments, Payment Hub/Factory, Correspondent Banking, ACH, Real Time Payments, Cash & Liquidity Management, Compliance/AML, FX, Messaging (Swift and ISO)
· Functional testing experience in GPP-SP (Global PayPlus – Service Platform) is an advantage.
