It is under the umbrella of our Hong Kong listed company SiS International Holdings Limited with regional offices in Hong Kong and Thailand. To cope with our business needs and regional demand, we are looking for high calibre and aggressive personnel to join our Sales/Product/Business Development team in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities
· Manage the Value Added Distribution Business (VADB) in Singapore, including formulate and deliver effective sales & marketing strategies and plans to increase account penetration, customer satisfaction and revenue growth and maximise margins.
· Manage and execute complete sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, closing and forecasting
· Work closely with the technical team to carry out pre-sales and post-sales activities
· Prepare quotation/proposal
· Execution - Credit management, Order processing, AR Collections
· Operational excellence - pipeline management, forecasting & inventory management
· Growing the business with aspirational goal, signing up new vendors and setting up business process and policies
· Create, develop and implement vendor specific initiatives
· Manage assigned products including pricing strategy and stock management
· Achieve sales target through acquiring new customers and develop channel partners
· Establish, maintain and strengthen partnership with existing and potential vendors, channel partners and customers
· Handle promotions and marketing campaigns to achieve revenue and margin targets
· May require managing small team < 6 pax
· Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
· Bachelors’ degree or equivalent
· Minimum 5 years of experience in vendor and customer sales, marketing and business development in IT related products and fields such as Networking infrastructure, Cloud, Data Centre, Cybersecurity etc.
· Experience in hunter-type selling with rich experience in business development
· Able to understand market conditions and differentiate competitor products
· Ability to communicate technical and business concepts and relate them to our solutions and customer needs
· Think outside of the box
· Demonstrate strong verbal, written and presentation skills in English and Chinese languages. This is a requirement from English and Chinese vendors to manage the products in the respective languages
· Strong team player, self-motivated & able to work independently.
· Self confident, strong problem solving skill, take initiative, outgoing, aggressive & willing to learn.
· Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skill.
· Good to have experience/knowledge in Chinese vendor products such as H3C, Threatbook, Zstack, Hillstone, Horion etc. or related products
· Candidates with less experience will be considered for Junior Positions
