Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with department heads and senior leadership to align training initiatives with organizational goals.

• Oversee assessments and follow up on post training evaluation to ensure the effectiveness of the learning and development programs and drive continuous improvement.
• Design and develop impactful training materials including training modules, presentations, job aids, and online resources and facilitate training sessions utilizing effective instructional techniques and adult learning principles.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training sessions and assess the impact of learning initiatives and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay current with technology trends and tools in the field of L&D and incorporate relevant tools to enhance learning experiences and promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
• At least 5 - 7 years of experience in talent development, L&D, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Project management skills to oversee multiple programmes initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with teaching staff on design, development and delivery of blended learning courses

Requirements:

Job Role Description:

The Learning and Development Executive assists in identifying, analysing and scoping the enterprise capability development needs, preparing consulting quotations, proposals and government grants applications, managing training and consulting project implementation, and improve internal and external stakeholders’ engagement and relationships. He/She manages resources and logistics for training and consulting projects. He/she supports the consultant team in training and project scheduling, training activities and deliverables, and writing of end-of-training reports. Job Summary:

The Learning and Development (L&D) Manager plans, develops and implements development and training programs for corporate employees. Duties/Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the L&D unit’s revenue and P&L.

· Directs the corporate client needs assessment for training and development to enhance the effectiveness of employee job performance.

· Lead the design and development of Course Proposals, Learner Guide, Lesson Plan, Facilitator Guide, Assessment Plan, Cross-Reference Matrix, PowerPoint Slides and Virtual delivery Guide based on SSG Skills Framework.

· Review, update and manage all training products and its contents.

· Collaborate with content partners, trainers and SMEs on curriculum review and enhancement.

· Conduct TTT for new and revised products to brief internal and external stakeholders.

Job Scopes
