Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from sourcing and screening; to selection, salary proposal, offer and on-boarding in an efficient and professional
- Build a candidate pool who are potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management and be able to recruit passive candidates and build good recruitment pipeline
- Collaboration with local schools, communities, and government to increase talent attraction and fulfillment
- Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, increase productivity and retention
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
- Has experience minimum in 5 years as technology recruiter
- Expert to recruit Engineering & Product team for Senior Level
- Understanding of full cycle recruitment process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to working independently and has leadership skills
