Job Description:

• Assist the Building Executive in maintenance operational matters.
• To maintain, troubleshoot and up keep of all M&E services to ensure that they are in good working condition at all times.
• Assists and perform daily maintenance work order and submit to superior upon completion.
• Assists and perform breakdown of Electrical, Air conditional, Plumbing and M&E system.
• Assists and hands-on the installation of Electrical, Air conditional, Plumbing and M&E parts.
• Assists and record the inventory of maintenance materials.
• To ensure the Electrical system, air conditioning system and plumbing system, toilet accessories and fitting, M&E equipment, ventilation is functioning and in order.
• To attend to tenant’s complaints as and when requested.
• To assist in the setting up of promotion activities.
• To assist in the checking and follow up on all works carried out by the contractor to ensure that they are comply to specification and of good workmanship.
• To advise the Supervisor on all matters pertaining to the safety and operations of the electrical system.
  To carry out other works as and when requested / instructed by the superior.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to converse in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Pleasant personality and able to work independently without close supervision.
• Willing to work on shift basis.
• Willing to work extra time as and when required by Management.
• Flexible with working hours and good punctuality.

• Doing design for live stream display like background, sticker and product promotion animation.
• Organize and ensure the live broadcast process using OBS runs smoothly to completion.
• Responsible for monitoring the real-time data panel, make decision making adjustment during the broadcast, doing data analysis and review after the live broadcast. 

 Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven work experience as live stream operator.
• Skill software experiences; OBS or other broadcasting system; TikTok Dashboard and MS Office software.

As a growing electronics company, we're in search of a candidate who can demonstrate their expertise in establishing a solid foundation for our service team, particularly in the areas of Aircon installation & service. This role also involves serving as the go-to technical resource for our customer service team, aiding them in delivering top-notch troubleshooting solutions for our customers to ensure a seamless and speedy resolution.

This individual will serve as the cornerstone of technical hands-on knowledge for PRISM+ aircon products. They will be responsible for offering technical assistance, guidance, and support to both individual consumers and businesses encountering issues with our technical, hardware, and software systems. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role within PRISM+ Malaysia and will report directly to the Aircon Operations & Technical Manager.

Responsibilities of Senior Aircon Technician but are not limited to:

• Installs, inspects, maintains, and repair various types and brand of all types of commercial and residential air conditioners.
• Performs regular preventive maintenance and corrective works on air conditioning systems.
• Diagnoses electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
• Carries our repair works such as replacement of air con compressors, fan coil motors, etc.
• Recommends appropriate repair and improvement works to customers.
• Perform servicing of air conditioning at customers' residential and commercial premises that includes chemical washes, chemical overhauls, general maintenance services.
• Ensure all works compliance with appliance standards and Health and Safety Act.
• Daily reporting and weekly reporting to direct manager.
• Any other tasks, when required by the immediate supervisor.

• Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance (including chemical washing), troubleshooting and repairing of air conditioners.
• Must be able to handle physical work due to job nature.
• Basic command of English, Malay spoken and written.
• Responsible for providing air conditioning (air conditioning system) services, such as inspection, maintenance, installation, air conditioning failure.
• Provide monthly maintenance and operation services to customers.
• Effective handling of fault/emergency repairs and customer complaints.
• GDL driving license.
• Minimum 3 years' experience is required.
• 5.5 days' work week (Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm).
• Preferably with a certification BCA License (Air-Con License) - INSTALLATION OF STRUCTURAL SUPPORTS FOR AIR-CON UNITS or equivalent/Malaysian Special Skills Certification (Preferred).
