*Intermediate computer skills,including MS Office and Internets applications.

The job role for this position will be based at their corporate main office at Bandar Bukit Jalil, in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur.
The job
The main job responsibilities will be to provide administrative support in the operations of the Business Department. The tasks will include office works,proparing documents related to the business sales activities such as sales contracts and orders,invoicing and maintaining records. This position is regarded as junior level and you will be reporting to the head of the department.
The candidate

Job Responsibility:

• Provide necessary support and services to sales staff of the Company in the execution of day-to-day sales functions.
• Prepares various documents such as sales schedules, reports, and statistics as directed for managerial review.
• Responsible for generating quotations, agreements, correspondence, delivery orders / invoices, confirmation of orders for the Sales Department.
• Maintain an efficient control system of records, communications and correspondence.
• Collate sales records and prepare agreements and other documents in connection with sales and deliveries.
• Answer enquiries, receive customers’ complaints and coordinates with other related areas/personnel in-charge concerning proper operating procedures.
• Performs any other related duties as and when assigned by Superior.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in any field.
• Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Administrative / Clerical or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay language for both spoken and written.
