Requirements:-

2.Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving results in a local context.
3.In-depth knowledge of TikTok's ecosystem, algorithms, content trends, and best practices as they apply to the Malaysian audience.
4.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and inspire confidence.
5.Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions tailored to the local market.
6.Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage

We're looking for an adaptable and driven Planning and Reporting Manager to join our team. Managing one direct report you'll own the periodic reporting for Logistics along with both our short-term and long-term planning.
The Logistics Finance team supports the senior Logistics management team across our depot network and by you leading the production of our high-level plans our senior leaders will be able to target and align their day-to-day performance with the goals of the business.
You'll also lead our periodic reporting that will allow us to measure performance against our plan and thereby identify any risks or opportunities we may be encountering. Working with both finance colleagues and Logistic leaders you'll make sure that the function keeps to its optimum plan.

What you'll do
- Own planning and reporting for the Logistics function

- Develop an understanding of the logistics function to make sure planning assumptions and explanations of performance are commercially aligned
- Review and develop the suite of reporting across Logistics thereby increasing our internal partners knowledge of current performance to plan
- Adapt communication and presentation style for a variety of colleagues, including story telling for senior executive members
This role would suit people who have
- An accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA etc)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to financial and non-financial audiences, challenging and influencing across all levels
- Experience of working in financial reporting and planning in a similar role with proven experience of managing budgets and forecasting
- Good working knowledge of finance & planning systems and processes
