Job scope:

• Lead warehousing and supply chain teams in managing inventory, warehouse operations, and supply chain improvements.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute all warehouse operations, including secondary assemblies and transportation.
• Develop contingency plans for process change risks.
• Collaborate with Service Quality and Customer Service Team to manage customer expectations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GDP, GMP, and HSA standards.
• Act as the main customer interface for operational matters and manage outsourced transportation.
• Assist in Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or related field required.
• Minimum 6 years' experience
• Experience in GDP-certified environments and knowledge of ISO13485/ISO9001 standards preferred.
• Proficiency in transport management systems and warehouse software essential.
• Proven leadership in team management necessary.

As we are expanding our business to operate a new outlet, We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business.

Our food is non halal and contains pork.

You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

Restaurant Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

As we are a lean operated organization, the restaurant manager may need to double down to assist in cooking and food preparation. Hence experience in operating and cooking a kitchen is a plus.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. We want you to know how to oversee the dining area, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity. Back of the house management experience is also essential, as you’ll hire qualified Cooks and Wait Staff, set work schedules, oversee food prep and make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.

This includes overseeing activities related to Retail, Digital, Experiential Marketing, Logistics, Professional Services, Training (for retailers and employees), Stationery, PR, Sales, Customer Service, Facility Management, and more.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the local purchasing operations in Singapore and overseas operations
• Achieve cost savings aligned with annual targets for the region
• Establish and execute effective purchasing procedures
• Supervise supplier relationships and performance
• Uphold compliance with key KPIs, SLAs, and contract commitments
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
