About The Role:

We are looking for a talented Food Safety & Quality Manager who is able to support the expansive growth of our dark store business, pandamart. The role will directly influence the day-to-day decision making within our Food Safety & Quality Management across our Malaysia portfolio.

This role will be based in Bangsar South (countrywide-mobility required) and will report to the Head of Dmart in the QCommerce Department.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Food Safety & Quality Management (FSQM) with our supplier partners in terms of quality policies and standards
• Record, monitor and action on store operational performance against our food safety standards to improve key operational metrics including shrinkage and availability
• Help strengthen FSQM policies and enable across all stores within Malaysia’s portfolio
• Deliver training to suppliers, warehouse managers and senior leaders to create a strong knowledge centered on FSQM
• Perform monthly audits at our stores and distribution centers
• Monitor and own the customer-experience journey including actionable items on how to improve the incident rate
• Work closely with every store-level manager with data-driven insights on how to improve and align their operational SOPs

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager covering the CPG and Services industries to be based in Bangsar South. This role will be reporting to the Head of Advertising & Partnerships. 

On this specific role the candidate will manage a portfolio of current partners that sit within the CPG (F&B, Beauty, Cosmetics, Electronics, Real Estate, Motor, etc) as well as the Services Industries (Education, Travel, Healthcare, Entertainment, etc.)

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage a portfolio of current partners and ensure the growth of their investment in foodpanda’s solutions using a consultative sales approach.
• Identify ways in which we can elevate partnerships and the revenue generated by each account, including expanding areas of collaboration via new products, solutions or initiatives.
• Move from ad-hoc campaigns to quarterly/yearly marketing sales plan with an investment commitment.
• Work closely together with the Campaign Management and Business Development teams and provide valuable insights on potential new partners and campaign optimization recommendations for upcoming campaigns.
• Coach and guide junior team members and be responsible for the planning, performance and revenue growth of these industries within the company.

• Mengkoordinasikan dan mengontrol perencanaan, pelaporan dan pembayaran kewajiban pajak perusahaan agar efisien, akurat, tepat waktu, dan sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah yang berlaku.
• Melakukan verifikasi keabsahan dan kelengkapan dokumen perpajakan
• Memastikan semua uang masuk dan uang keluar sudah teridentifikasi dengan benar
• Memastikan pembayaran pajak dan laporannya tepat waktu setiap bulannya (PPh dan PPN)
• Berhubungan dengan pihak internal dan eksternal dalam kaitan perpajakan
• Melakukan tutup buku bulanan dan tahunan
