4. Digital Marketing Strategies: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, and online advertising, with a focus on cost control.

5. Project Management: Oversee the overall project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion of tasks, adherence to project milestones, and effective coordination between team members.

6. Cost Controlling: Monitor and control costs associated with marketing activities, ensuring adherence to the allocated budget.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless coordination and implementation of marketing strategies.

• Social Media Support: Aid in managing corporate social media accounts (Youtube, Instagram and TikTok) dedicated to board games, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to enhance online presence and community interaction.
• Customer Interaction: Provide support to customers by responding to inquiries, offering recommendations on board game selections, and addressing concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Crafting summarised monthly data entry reports from raw data including sales reports and inventory lists
• Follow up with clients on timely submission of data and reports prior to monthly data entry
• Collaborating with clients for Business-to-business (B2B) collection of information and data for email communication blasting including EDMs
• Secondary tasks include coordination of project activities between clients and internal teams
• Management of sales portals with clientele information and weekly sales data including management of users, rewards reporting and internal EDM blasting.

Requirements:

• Data-driven: Does not get overwhelmed with high amount of information, numbers and data on one screen (likes to see numbers)
• Organisation skills: Ability to handle large amounts of data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily in Microsoft Excel
• Basic investigative skills on Excel including charts, graphs and trends
• Good command of English, both verbal and written
• Internet-savvy and acquires basic fundamental knowledge on digital marketing
• Open to explore and learn new things while sharing ideas for better management of work
• Able to commit at least 6 months or more
• Able to commit for a 5 day work week in a hybrid work arrangement (with 2-3 work-from-home days per week!)
