Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of various systems and equipment in the shopping mall, including air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, firefighting systems, and CCTVs.
- Inspect buildings and equipment regularly to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Implement preventative maintenance procedures to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as welding, grinding, and installation as required.
- Monitor electrical, water consumption, and lighting conditions for efficiency and safety.
- Ensure facilities are well-maintained through periodic servicing and repairs.
Requirements:
- Solid physical condition and strength.
- Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent; Certificate in building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus.
