Job Responsibilities:

• Transform traditional business platform to digital business platform. 
• To initiate new ideas for improvements in business processes as well as operational system for efficiency and effectiveness in the entire process.
• To lead and drive digital project management activities and timeline planning with internal or external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude major projects. 
• Frequent conduct Fintech market research on digital technology, propose & implement applicable solutions/features to the Company. 
• Act as the owner of digital business platform (AEON Web, Mobile App, Wallet & any digital business platforms) to create & maintain the digital business platform through collaboration/coordination with respective stakeholders. 
• To measure & monitor on the digital business platform performance and liaise with respective business units for the digital platform improvement and growth. 
• Refinement of policies and procedures, system enhancements, rules and regulations to support overall strategic direction 
• Responsible to innovate and develop new improve features in functional system requirement. 
• To lead the digital channel process/operation improvement that provides expertise and serve as an internal consultant to Business Units specialising in improving customers experiences. 
• Provide support to external and internal stakeholders in regards to functional system. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, and Arts, Social Science or other related creative discipline required.
• Min 5 years of experience in Digital Planning or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

A DAY IN A LIFE

• As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
• Research and analysis on industry benchmarks to identify market leaders, best practises and identify how this could be applied to improve Teleport’s Business lines;
• Research and analysis on macro and microeconomics factors that is impacting the industry and understanding how this can significantly impact Teleport’s goals and objectives;
• Having a deep understanding of the key levers of the business lines and applying market and industry factors that will “move the needle” and impact Teleports objectives and financials;
• Work closely with business and enabler leaders, to understand how operations impacts the business and ensure business and operations team are aligned with our long term goal and objective;
• Collaborating with cross-functional departments independently (all departments including operations) to identify gaps in the business and providing solutions “looking at the bigger picture” (taking into consideration long-term goals and objectives);
• Monitoring profitability of all entities under Teleport Group to ensure revenue and profits are maximised with cost contained;
• Making key decisions around how capital or working capital (internally generated through EBITDA or external funding) are redeployed into the business. Balancing between growth, scale and profitability;
• Building, monitoring and constantly reviewing financial models for Teleport Group;
• Building dashboards for FP&A reportings - single source of truth;
• Preparation of monthly reports - key messaging, financial and operational performances (not financial consolidation reports/reporting packages) for external (bankers, investors, etc) and internal stakeholders (Management, Shareholders, Capital A, Airlines);
• Preparation and review of forecasts and budgets
• Manage and align objectives and work closely along the other 2 team members (finance business partners)
• Implement and coordinate ad-hoc finance business initiatives
