Job Scope:

• Check and approve repackaging requirements of products and materials according to Client and regulatory requirement. Full review of batch records to ensure compliance per the repackaging instruction and GMP standards.

• Verify correct execution of repackaging activity against approved / updated repackaging instructions.

• Perform required quality checks and create quality inspection lots in SAP.

• Record Inspection Results and perform Usage Decision and stock posting. Issue necessary documents to facilitate release.

• Authorize to stop any repackaging activities when deviation is observed, when necessary.

Responsibilities

· Manage and oversee testing and installation of measurement equipment.

· Troubleshoot and follow up with customer enquiries, assist in quotations for customers when required.

· Understand and utilise technical drawings for on-board vessel reference.

· Conduct analytical, environmental, operational, or performance studies.

· Evaluate operations of marine equipment during acceptance testing.

· Manage day-to-day business of the operations department.

· Review, implement and maintain process to adhere to Company’s SOP.

· Conduct efficient manpower planning, ensuring technical competence of staff and monitoring their performance.

· Mentor and coach team members to achieve effective knowledge transfer and application.

Requirements:

· Min Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

· Mechanical engineering background is an advantage.

· Relevant experience in Maritime industry will be an added advantage.

· Fluent in spoken and written English.

· Positive working attitude and willing to take up new challenges.

· Able to attend overseas assignments.
