The Role
Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Finance Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the financial planning and reporting process to drive performance, partnering with the Supply Chain and Operations functional leaders to deliver operational and financial performance including supporting annual strategic plan, budget, capex projects, cash flow optimization.
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the country finance team to help ensure smooth closing process, effective cost management and timely financial reporting and analysis. You will also be involved in financial modelling, annual standard costing budgeting, participate in supply chain projects and initiatives as well as driving inventory management activities such as inventory intransit forecasting and reporting, cost booking in system, scrap and E&O reserve analytics.
Last but not least, you will have the opportunity to drive and support new process improvement projects and system implementation, strategic project within Supply Chain Finance.
Your Profile
As the successful candidate, you will have a degree in accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, supporting the Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Procurement functions
- Strong excel skills, ability to manage large data sets and strong financial modelling skills will be key
- Proven exposure in a SAP environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and matrix environment coupled with strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
