Job Description:

• To assist Production Manager and senior engineer for construction matters.
• Managing sub-contractors and follow up daily site planning and progress update.
• Monthly cost control follows up.
• To cross check structural drawing with Architectural and MEP drawings, ensure all discrepancies are resolved prior site execution.
• To prepare method statements, risk assessment and safe work procedures for production and supervision team to implement on site.
• To adhere local authority and company safety policy requirements.
• Liaise with RE and RTO for daily site inspection prior casting.
• Liaise with consultant for any design discrepancies or missing information.
• Progress report to top management.
• Attend daily production meeting with project team, sub-contractors, EHS site walk and meeting.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• 2 years of related working experience in building construction industry, with high-rise buildings & precast project
• Good communication skills – able to communicate with sub-contractors of different nationalities.
• Willing to learn new things, accept different ideas.
• Possess basic knowledge of architectural and MEP works.
• Experience in completed full cycle of structural works. (Foundation work, sub-structural work, super-structural work, external works)
