B2B Payables & Acceptance is part of Visa Business Solutions vertical of Visa’s Technology organization. We are responsible for designing, developing and implementing Virtual Cards, payables and acceptance commercial platforms to drive incremental revenue. We develop new offerings/products and enhance existing Visa Business Solutions product lines including Commercial data processing, B2B payables & B2B Acceptance platforms. We are looking for Senior lead engineers to join our B2B team as Software Engineers (Sr. Consultant Level) based in Bangalore, India.

What You Will Do as Software Engineer (Sr. Consultant level):

• Design, Code, Unit Test, document and implement new applications & as well as existing programs.
• Contribute to enhancements and changes to existing B2B applications codebase.
• Develop code/framework that complies with design specifications and meets security best practices.
• Develop process to manage rollout and maintenance of new software.
• Collaborate with Development & QA staff on individual and team deliverables.
• Comfortable working in a loosely structured, fast-paced organization.
• Create documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. 
• Identify opportunities for future enhancements and refinements to standards, best practices and development methodologies.
• Work closely with project team and other groups (e.g. Network, QA, Ops, Engineering).
• Work as a member of a team responsible for designing, developing and maintaining Visa's Business Solutions B2B line of products.
• Participate in design and code review sessions as appropriate, to ensure the quality of work delivered by self and teammates are in accordance with development standards.
• Interact with business units to define requirements/modifications and use case to utilize in designing appropriate solutions.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

• Manage a team of software engineers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other customers to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
• Review and approve code, ensuring consistency to coding standards. Be responsible for the design and implementation of system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance. resolve technical issues, providing support to team members as needed.

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint On-Prem and SharePoint Online Engineer with experience in managing, maintaining, and enhancing SharePoint environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both on-premises and cloud-based SharePoint architectures, Nintex Workflow, the ability to solve complex problems, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's on-premises and online SharePoint environments, ensuring system performance, availability, and security
• Design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions, both on-premises and online, to meet business needs
• Develop and manage Nintex workflows to automate and optimize business processes
• Perform regular system audits to ensure alignment with company policies and standards
• Provide technical support for SharePoint and Nintex users and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Conduct regular system backups and recovery
• Plan and implement system upgrades, migrations, and rollouts, including SharePoint migrations
• Develop and maintain documentation for SharePoint processes and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SharePoint with other systems
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in SharePoint technology
