Job Description

Established in 2016, we have provided top-notch Analog Physical Layout Design solutions for various industries, including RF, mobile, medical, audio, IOT, and 5G. In line with our business growth, we are looking for passionate and energetic Analog Custom Layout Engineer to join our big family. In this exciting role, you will collaborate with a diverse and international group of design engineers on the leading-edge process technologies to deliver a clean and high-quality layout. 

What do we need you to do? 

• You will be responsible for constructing analog and mix signal custom physical layout artwork on state-of-art deep sub-micron process technology nodes from the schematic.  
• You will be working closely with a wide range of technologies, including mature and advanced process nodes from various foundries. 
• You will be responsible for utilizing extensive EDA tools and layout verification software to perform physical assembly and layout verification. 

You will be performing cell, block, and chip level floor planning, device placement, matching, and routing, layout verification (including running LVS, DRC, ANT, DFM, and PEX), and delivering clean layout designs within the specific project timeline. 
 
To succeed in this role, we will need you to have: 

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or any related fields. 
• At least three (3) years of experience in VLSI Physical Design (Custom Layout) 
• Possess skills in solving verification errors (ANT, DRC, LVS, EMIR, PEX). 
• Familiarity with industry standard analog, mix signal custom physical layout, and EDA tools. 
• Excellent understanding of circuit design engineering requirements such as high-speed, low-noise, and low-power analog layout techniques. 
• Strong proficiency in English, as the role requires the candidate to liaise with international customers.

• Hands-on experience with a proven track record in floor planning, FinFet processes, analog/mix signal/RF custom layout techniques, signal integrity, and IR drop/EM analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electronic hardware for IoT products across a wide range of industries.
• Utilize ECAD tools to design electronic hardware Schematic and PCB layout.
• Follow industry-standard best practices for Signal Integrity, Power Integrity and EMI mitigation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Cloud based yield tool deployment, Foundry Yield Improvement, Datamining support for fab escalations and yield tool training.

• Optimize mechanical design considering component manufacturing process and tool assembly process

2.2 Evaluate, verify and improve design risks and failures related to mechanical domain via FEMA, risk assessment, PSS, DFMA, etc.

• Drive the design iteration loop for mechanical domain, i.e. design, prototyping, verification  

2.3 Create and maintain drawings (2D & 3D) with CAD system, part lists (BOM), Technical document (PQA, tol.stack, etc)
