Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Business Support cum Admin to join our team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Responsibilities:

1) Sales Order Processing: Efficiently manage the end-to-end process of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Assisting with inventory management tasks, such as conducting Good Recieved Note (GRN) in the system.

2) Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

3) Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Order Processing and related operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Pre-Event Management:

• Establish clear communication channels with all hosted buyers.
• Facilitate registration and coordinate travel logistics (if applicable).
• Provide pre-event briefings on the exhibition layout, schedule, and networking opportunities.

Event Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all hosted buyers throughout the exhibition.
