About the Role
Planning and strategizing sales activities and working closely with agency.
- Planning and strategizing sales activities, and working closely with agency members to ensure the Company’s assigned production targets are achieved.
- Working with agency force, organizing recruitment initiatives and participating in recruitment activities to achieve the regional recruitment target.
- Acting as a mediator in any agency-related conflicts.
- Working closely with various departments to resolve agent-related matters.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the insurance or financial industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and self-motivated.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
- Organized and analytical.
- Proficient in MS Office.
