Job Scope

• Engage with customer and supplier or manufacture; size and design suitable water pump to suit customer requirements.
• Plan, source and develop new customers / supplies/ vendors.
• Built quality relationship with customers. 
• Familiar with terms of payment for different level of customers such as contractors, distributors, end users and others.
• Prepare quotation or tender for the water pump, spare parts, maintenance and etc.
• Visit water treatment plants and liaise with end user in providing product servicing.
• Responsible for preparation and conduct technical presentations, provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers.
• Responsible for servicing and repairing job, visit customer site to define the problem and preparing quotation.
• Provide problem-solving for customers to solve pump problems and requirements. 
• Plan and organizing the section’s manpower for appropriate preventive maintenance and preparing monthly maintenance report.
• Organizing maintenance crews efficiently to solve mechanical problems promptly.
• Able to troubleshooting and able to do hands on for mechanical service.
• Prepare sales & service reports.
• Frequently travel to customer’s site for pre-job and planning.
• Offering after-sales support service.
• Any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager or authorized person.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electromechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering. 
• Good computer skills with a sound knowledge of the following software packages, Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent in problem solving and technical support. 
• Fast-learner, disciplined, independent and result-oriented
• Willing to make extensive travel, valid driving license and possess own transport.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in any sales activity and engineering service would be an advantage.

工作要求：

• 候選人必須擁有機械工程/機電工程/電機工程學位。
• 良好的電腦技能，熟悉以下軟體包、Microsoft Office 產品（Excel、Access、Word、PowerPoint）。
• 優秀的人際溝通能力、溝通、談判和表達能力。
• 擅長解決問題和技術支援。
• 學習能力強、遵守紀律、獨立且以結果為導向
